- Company/Refund Policy: Thank you so much for shopping with us. We believe in GREAT customer service; however, all orders are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed. Cancellation refunds are only allowed if canceled within 48hrs of your purchase being made. Please review and double check your email and mailing address upon checking out. We will always do our best to assist our customers, as customer service is our top priority, but due to COVID-19 no returns or exchanges are allowed. We will always make sure our customers safety is satisfied. Please read the care card provided with your order for care tips on your merchandise. Prices are subject to change due to supply and demand.
- Shipping Policy: Processing orders takes 3-4 business days (we are closed on Sundays). Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information via the email address you have provided on your order. Please allow 3-4 business days of your processing time before tracking via the USPS. All orders are delivered via USPS. Delivery takes 3-5 business days (due to COVID-19 delivery times may differ). Before placing your order please make sure all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products once they leave our facility. We are not responsible for products mailed to the incorrect address or returned to sender for an incorrect address. You will be responsible to pay for another shipping label for us to reship your item(s) back out to you if they are returned to us. If there is a problem with your order once received, for example, incorrect product received, incorrect quantity, etc. please reach out to us in the email listed on our website (email@example.com) within 48hrs of your order being received with a picture attached to the email to discuss the issue. After the 48hr time frame of your order being received, we are not responsible for any issues regarding said order.
- Lip Gloss/Lip Stick Policy: As we do care about the safety and well-being of our customers. We are not responsible for any skin irritations, break outs, skin dryness or any medical issues thereof when using our lip gloss and lip stick products. Please review all cosmetic product descriptions before placing your order and review the ingredients being used. Our lip gloss and lip stick products are made with 100% Pure Castor Oil, 100% Pure Jojoba Oil and 100% Pure Sweet Almond Oil. Coloring and flavoring are also sometimes added to our lip gloss and lip stick products as well. Coloring is ranged from mica cosmetic powder pigment as well as natural and artificial flavors.
- Eyelash Policy: As we do care about the safety and well-being of our customers. We are not responsible for any skin irritations, break outs, skin dryness or any medical issues thereof when wearing our eyelashes. Please review all eyelash descriptions before placing your order. Our eyelashes are 100% handmade with 100% mink fur and 100% mink cotton. As well as being natural and soft as ever.
